Program Summary

The information included on this page is intended to assist in the transfer advising process. Students following a transfer plan (PHARM-TR) will graduate with an Associate in Arts degree from SPC. The following requirements include State Mandated Prerequisite courses and are intended to prepare students for transfer to a Pharmacy degree program within the State of Florida (CIP Code 51.2001). You should always consult with your desired transfer institution to determine if your anticipated program is limited access and to ensure the correct coursework is being taken (including any foreign language requirements). In addition, FAMU requires CGS X060 and UF requires SPC 1608. UF students must apply through the PharmCAS (www.pharmcas.org) centralized application service by Feb. 1 of the year they wish to enter the UF College of Pharmacy. Supplemental application materials are located on the UF College of Pharmacy Web site at www.cop.ufl.edu/studaff. An application to the University of Florida Admissions Office is also required at www.ufl.edu. FAMU students must apply by Feb. 1 of the year they wish to enter the program.
