St. Petersburg College offers bachelor's degrees, associate degrees and numerous technical certificates. Our programs are available online and on campus.
An Associate in Arts (A.A.) degree, earned in as little as two years, is designed to transfer to a bachelor's degree program and grants you admission as a junior to one of Florida's 10 public universities. With more than 200 university majors, you can create virtually any academic track you need.
An Associate in Science (A.S.) degree is intended to prepare students dually for the work force and for transfer to some baccalaureate programs. Those programs are in nursing, business administration, electronic engineering, radiology and hospitality/tourism management.
A variety of Associate in Science degree programs and certificate options are available for those pursuing fields not requiring a four-year degree. Like all SPC programs, they include flexible class schedules and free support services such as tutoring. General Education Requirements
Our bachelor degrees are designed for students who have already completed an associate degree and wish to continue their undergraduate education. General Education Requirements
Students interested in Certificate Programs, Advanced Technical Certificates and Applied Technology Diplomas should contact the Program Director at the noted phone number for specific entrance requirements, the skills and experience needed before enrolling in certain programs, and class schedule options.
Upon completion of a required program, the student may be awarded the appropriate certificate or diploma. A notation of the award will be made on the student's permanent record and transcript. This will be done even if the student continues beyond the diploma or certificate program towards an associate degree.
